The Leysin ski area is situated between 1300 and 2200 meters altitude and offers 60 km of ski slopes accessible to a wide public. Snow making guarantees skiing from the beginning to the end of the season.

Situated 500 meters below the Lodge, the lifts can be accessed directly on skis from your bungalow. The departing lifts are the Berneuse godola and the Leysin Tête d’Aï chair lift. The numerous lifts in the resort, mainly chairlifts, are mostly south facing which guaranties a maximum of sunshine.
Much appreciated by youngsters and families alike, the Leysin ski resort is composed of many infrastructures which will satisfy most desires. For beginners, a few slopes are available, amongst them, the Plan-Praz run situated beside the Leysin Lodge.
Snow park

The Snowpark and its various lines is famous amongst freestyle riders of all ages and all styles, skiers and snowboarders alike.
For the more advanced or families, one can connect to the “Les Mosses” ski area which gives you a total of 100 km of skiing paradise.
Leysin also hosts one of Switzerland’s 3 revolving restaurants in Switzerland: The Kuklos (2048m.) at the summit of Berneuse. It is a unique 360° panorama on the top of the Alps including views of the Eiger, the Mont-Blanc, the Matterhorn, and the Dent du Midi.

Ski lessons taught by Swiss Ski School instructors (ESS), are available. All winter sports and all levels are available.
For the more adventurous types, the Guides Bureau is available for powder skiing, mountaineering and much more, in the town of Leysin or anywhere in Switzerland.
Tobogganing park Leysin, Snowtubing

For guaranteed thrills, the Tobogganing Park is a must during your winter holidays in Switzerland! Sit on an inner tube and race down the park’s various slopes: this is what’s called “snowtubing”, the craziest activity in the Vaudois Alps! After steeper and steeper slopes, there was the 360 degree turn and then the landing on a big air bag; this is looping!
